If you've walked away from religion (or it walked away from you), the path forward can feel disorienting. Old answers no longer satisfy. But the hunger for meaning, connection, and something deeper doesn’t go away.

This space is for those who are post-faith, post-answers, and still yearning for something real.

We call it (UN)spiritual direction because we’re not here to give you spiritual advice. We’re here to hold space for your becoming. Whether you're recovering from purity culture, spiritual abuse, or theological burnout, we help you reconnect to what’s true in your body, your intuition, and your lived reality—without bypassing, spiritualizing, or reattaching to systems that don’t serve your freedom.

  • You miss the sacred but can’t return to the story you came from

  • You want to explore meaning without dogma or coercion

We walk with people through mystery—not to resolve it, but to make peace with it. We offer companionship, curiosity, and tools for building a grounded, reverent life beyond belief.

What Happens in Sessions
Each session is unique, but might include:

  • Guided inquiry and intuitive conversation

  • Practices for grounding, embodiment, or reflection

  • Naming and releasing internalized religious messages

  • Exploring language, archetype, and symbol in new ways

  • Support through major life transitions or thresholds

We don’t teach a system. We accompany a becoming.
