Description: This Relational healing retreat at “Refugio Los Volcanes” has been carefully designed and curated for those who are interested in turning their attention inwards as they return to health, wholeness and happiness.
“Refugio Los Volcanes” is a place that invites us to connect to nature. Dare to go through it, admire and enjoy it. The basis of everything is respect and reciprocity, that allows us to see the purest form, the majestic essence.
Free from so much ego, we allow ourselves to observe the uniqueness of each being, the perfection of the whole and the mystique of it all beyond our senses.
Held compassionately, in a non-judgmental and accepting community, you will be invited to journey inward using guided meditation, movement, family constellations with horses, and plant medicine practices. Your journey will be guided by four highly skilled facilitators with a wealth of experience between them.
You will be guided through daily practices and activities that are designed to open your heart, expand your perception, observe your hidden assumptions, touch upon your implicit memories and body states that form the real message that words both express and conceal.
When we can release ourselves from the hold of these stories, a new way of being emerges, leading to spontaneity, choice, expansion and freedom.
You will have the opportunity to sit privately with our facilitators in one to one sessions throughout this 6 day retreat as we create an environment for you to hold and heal yourself. We know that this healing happens as we return to self through inner exploration. You’ll be making your own journey, at your own pace, but you will not be alone
A little more about Refugio Los Volcanes;
Refugio was born as a basecamp for expeditions entering Amboró National Park and is still visited by biologists, ornithologists and botanists from all over the world. There are more than 480 species of birds, 115 species of reptiles and 100 species of orchids registered on site. Most of the food eaten here is grown onsite and all food is freshly prepared here.
Refugio is where the majesty of the Andes meets the biodiversity of the Amazon. Here the condor nests and the jaguar prowls. In a valley surrounded by rocky titans, tropical rainforest and crystalline rivers, Refugio Los Volcanes is the perfect oasis of tranquility to connect with nature.
